Transfer of administration services to WTW
With effect from 1 October 2023, the Trustees of the new BOC Retirement Benefits Scheme are outsourcing pension administration services to WTW, the leading provider of pension administration services in the UK. If you are already receiving your pension, your payments will continue as normal before and after the transfer. If you are yet to start drawing your pension, your benefits will continue to be calculated in the same way and you will have the same options as you do currently.
Blackout period from Friday, 8 September to Monday, 2 October 2023
To enable an efficient handover and transfer of data from BOC Pension Services to WTW there will be a blackout period during which processing will be suspended. The team will be unable to process new retirements, provide benefit illustrations, or update personal information. Cases received during this period will be picked up by WTW on 2 October 2023.
